Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that purchasing memorial items is a sensitive decision. If you need to return an item, the information below explains how we handle returns fairly and respectfully.

Returns for change of mind

If you change your mind, you may return an item within 28 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • Any ashes intended for the item remain sealed within a plastic bag

  • The item has not been damaged after delivery

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may ask for photographs to help us assess the issue

  • You may choose a replacement or a full refund

  • Return postage costs will be covered by us in these cases

Items intended to hold ashes

We accept returns for items designed to hold ashes as long as the ashes remain sealed within a plastic bag and the item is otherwise unused and undamaged.

Due to the sensitive nature of these products, we ask that returns are handled with care and respect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

UK delivery only

We currently ship within the UK only, and this policy applies to UK orders.

Discretion

Because of the sensitive nature of our services and products, we reserve the right to exercise discretion when reviewing return requests. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
